The formidable and charismatic Seraphina Picquery served as President of the Magical Congress of the United States of America from 1920-1928. It was she who had to deal with the threat to the Statute of Secrecy caused by the escape of Newt’s magical creatures. The wand, measuring approx 35.5cm, comes in a special pink collector’s box.
